• Once samples have been collected from both nostrils, insert the swab into the buffer tube. Press the tube's sides against the swab's head and turn it at least six times.

• Set a timer for 1 minute and leave the swab in the buffer solution for that duration.

• Squeeze the tube's sides to extract all the solution from the absorbent tip.

• Dispose of the swab correctly in the trash bin.

• Ensure that the cover on the buffer tube is tightly closed.

• Open the COVID-19 test device pouch and place the cassette on a flat, clean surface.

• Carefully place four drops of the solution into the sample well by gently squeezing the tube.

• Set the timer for 15 minutes and wait for the results. Do not move the test during this time.

• Read the results immediately after the 15 minutes have elapsed.
